Booking
To book an appointment, a card on file is required through our booking site, Gloss Genius.
Gloss genius is a secure beauty professional system that does not share your information with anyone, including Pin & Paint salon.
Cancellations/Reschedules
Cancellations are accepted up to 48hours before the scheduled service. Within 48hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 25% of their scheduled service.
Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the service, as there is no time to fill the appointment space.
While we understand that life happens, a 24 hour notice is appreciated!
no-Call/No-Shows
No-call No-shows and will be charged 100% of their scheduled service.
Repeat offenders will not be welcomed back.
Punctuality
Please be on time, or 5-10 minutes early for your appointment. If you are over 15 minutes late, we will be forced to reschedule your appointment.
Children
Pin & Paint is a small space in a building with other beauty professionals. We ask that unless a child is getting a service, that they have alternate care. There is not enough room for strollers or car seats. The salon has many expensive and hot tools that can be damaged, or cause damage to someone if tampered with.
Salon Etiquette
Pin & Paint accepts everyone. No matter race, gender, size, sexual orientation, age, religion, personal views, etc, We welcome all walks of life. Any inappropriate, racist, rude, etc remarks will not be tolerated.
